When ADEM issued the last approval for Waste Profile 150222 on 2/22/2021, it contained the requirement of"Each time new analysis is performed on the waste, copies of the analytical results should be provided to ADEM and the landfill until this certification expires." As you know,for this waste stream we sample each Supersack that is generated to confirm it is non- hazardous before it is shipped to your landfill.All of this waste generated since the approval has been non-hazardous. I have attached new analysis from 5/03/21 thru 07/15/21. 1 will continue sending you any new analysis once each quarter. I am copying Ms. Bailee Dykes with ADEM since she is listed as the contact in the approval letter.As requested by ADEM, some ofthe analysis included TCLPs of all RCRA Metals and not just Pb & Cd.
