The Department has received and reviewed the RNA Groundwater Monitoring Report dated August 5,2021.
Based on the review,the Department has determined that the natural attenuation groundwater monitoring event
has been completed as previously approved.
Please resolve any issues with the remediation system in a timely manner to increase affectability and tun time.
The System Effectiveness Monitoring Report was not submitted within the O&M Report. Please be sure this is
included in all future O&M Reports going forward.
The next O&M Report is due to the Department by October 29,2021.
