Dear Mr. Cobb:
In accordance with Ala. Code §35-19-4(b), INEOS Phenol respectfully submits this annual compliance
certification report with regard to the site referenced above. An Environmental Covenant was approved
by the Alabama Department of Environmental Management on September 28, 2011. The
Environmental Covenant was filed at the Mobile County Courthouse on December 19, 2011.
For the period of August 31, 2020 through July 14, 2021, INEOS Phenol certifies full compliance with
the terms and restrictions of the Environmental Covenant, which are:
(1) Property is restricted to industrial use only, and;
(2) Use of ground water for potable purposes is restricted.
Included in Appendix A is a photo of one of 14 monitoring wells that are still on site but not being
used for any type of withdrawal activity.
