The Department has received and reviewed the submitted Remediation by Natural Attenuation Report dated
April 28,2021, for the above referenced facility.Based on the review,the Department has determined that the
RNA groundwater monitoring event has been completed as previously approved.
The Department is requiring that all monitoring wells be abandoned in accordance with ADEM Admin.Code
R. 335-6-15-. 29(8).To facilitate the abandonment,a plan for the abandonment of all monitoring wells should
be submitted to the Department by July 30,2021.
Should you wish to have the costs for the monitoring well abandonment covered under the Alabama Tank
Trust Fund,please submit a cost proposal to the Department with the abandonment plan by July 30,2021.
