Dear Mr. McNeill:
Enclosed is a copy of the notice that was left at the above-referenced facility during the inspection on May 26,
2020. The notice requested that speck information be submitted to the Department within seven (7)days of
the inspection. As of today, the Department has not received the requested information. Listed below is an
outline of the information requested:
1) Please submit corrosion protection test results.
2) Please submit annual line tightness tests for all pressurized lines(ADEM Form 566).
Within thirty(30)days of the date of this letter,you should submitto the Department the information requested
during the May 26, 2020 inspection. This information should be submitted to the attention of Craig Hodes at
the Montgomery Central Office address listed on this Notice of Delinquency. Due to the above noted non-
compliance, this facility may be considered ineligible for coverage under the Alabama Underground
Storage Tank Trust Fund should a release of contaminants occur. Failure to respond to this letter may
also result in this facility being prohibited from receiving delivery of product.
The December 8, 2017 ADEM UST regulation revision included a requirement for owners/operators to provide
the Department with a valid email address. Your email address will be utilized to provide testing reminders and
other helpful notifications. Please note that owners and operators should register and confirm your email address
even if you have previously provided it to the Department. Please visit www.adem.alabama.aov/custard and
follow the instructions to register and confirm your email address.
