Based on the Department's receipt of line tightness tests, leak detector test, spill basin tests,and 0.2 gph leak
tests from ATG,the above UST facility has returned to partial compliance. This letter serves as documentation
that delivery prohibition has been lifted and this facility is now authorized to receive deliveries of fuel. The
facility ban been removed from the Delivery Prohibition List on the Department's website.
On November 20,2019, Department personnel conducted a site visit and discovered that the Owner/Operator
received a fuel delivery on November 16,2019 while still on delivery prohibition. Due to the aforemention
violation, enforcement is ongoing at this time and the owner/operator must cooperate with the
Department to settle the escaladed enforcement action. Failure to cooperate with the Department could
result in the reinstatement of delivery prohibition upon the replacement of red tags.
The December 8, 2017 ADEM UST regulation revision included a requirement for owners/operators to
provide the Department with a valid email address. As part of the requirements of this conditional lift,the
owner/operator of this site should provide a valid email by visiting www.adem.alabama.gov/custard and
follow the instructions to register and confirm your email address.
