Inspector Comments Inspection conducted as a follow up to the 12/2/2020 follow up inspection in which an unknown amount of construction demolition waste was identified on-site. At the time of the 8/10/2022 inspection, tree waste was primarily observed on-site, with very little construction demolition waste observed in piles on top of tree waste. At the time of the 8/10/2022 follow up inspection, the previously observed creosote coated power poles and pallets had been removed from the site and taken to the appropriate landfills. At the time of inspection, Mr. Rich indicated that he plans to have the site completely remediated in 18 months, working approximately 6 months at a time in the three previously identified "hotspots"of buried construction demolition waste.
